ApnaVikas.com is owned by Apna Vikas Online Services Private Limited, a company registered in India which is DIPP certified with Startup India.

The main brain behind Apna Vikas, Venky is an entrepreneur at heart with a mission.
Venky's vision is to ensure that everyone, irrespective of their social, linguistic and economic background, has a shot at being the very best version of themselves — and this is what drives him.
He is a seasoned professional who has grown through the ranks and has rich, diverse international experience spanning India, France, the UK and the USA. He is an ICF PCC credentialled coach, in addition to other certifications on leadership and advanced NLP.
Starting with his first ecommerce application in 1998, as an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, he has consistently had high engagement levels with his teams throughout his leadership journey.
In addition to being a leadership coach, his interests include spirituality and adventure sports: first skydiving at the age of forty-something, scuba diving, hang gliding, swimming with dolphins, and so on, are a few of his adventures.
Venky is currently involved with a few very interesting projects, in addition to his startup.

Vijay is our Chief Development Officer.
He has a deep interest in psycho-spirituality and how it can help in the transformation of individuals and organizations.
Vijay has researched the Enneagram and J Krishnamurti's teachings for over two decades. As a result of his learnings and several other experiences, he has evolved into a loving and compassionate person.
His Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and his experiences in the USA have transformed him. Vijay has also spent time researching why organizations are unhealthy and the role of leadership in them.
Vijay's vision is to use all his knowledge and capability to help transform India into a safer and saner society.

Usha is one of the co-founders of Apna Vikas, a company registered in India.
She has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of I.T., including leadership roles.
Currently Usha is involved in business development for ApnaVikas.
Usha's experience includes solutioning and new business for Airtel India, Airtel Africa, BSNL, MTNL. Experience with managing billing, OSS/BSS, optimized routing and PMP certification obtained.
In her previous roles, she was responsible for financial forecasting of all projects and ensuring profit margins are in company standards.

Saurabh is our Head of Marketing
With over 33 years in the business across India and Southeast Asia
He has led country teams for JWT and Ogilvy for Malaysia, and VMLY&R and WPP | Red Fuse for India.
Saurabh is deeply passionate about creating strategy, full-funnel communication, content, and generative AI.
He is also an educator, teaching management students and working executives across management institutes in India, Dubai and Singapore.

In addition, we work with a wide network of supporters, freelancers and partners who render us invaluable and priceless support in the background.
We also have an extensive team of advisors, experts and volunteers who are not full time with ApnaVikas and who contribute, selflessly, to our cause, under the conditions of privacy and confidentiality.
